Integrating the blog headlines with the rest of the Employee Volunteering site

We need to display the latest 5 headlines on the site. So we’re going to parse the RSS using magpie rss. We could query the database directly, but really that would essentially end up wrapping the entire site in the blog framework!

    I agree Ross, looks good and straight forward to use and we will now need to integrate it with the EV style throughout. Can we do this with the login page too? See you later, Dewi

    The thought of parsing the RSS sounds a bit tricky?! Looking good, well done Dave and Ross.
