The Residential Workshop took place at the UKSA from 16-18 April 2008. 12 employee volunteers and 23 young people participated in watersports activities to get to know each other, develop trust and to simply have a great experience. The young people will now receive ongoing coaching support from the employee volunteers to help them achieve their aspirations.
