The above pictures were taken during the Residential at the UKSA from 16-18 April 2008, for more please take a look at the gallery.  12 volunteers and 23 young people took part in the Community Coaching Project watersports activities to get to know each other, develop trust and to simply have a great experience.  The volunteers will now coach the young people towards their aspirations.

The EV CiC Coaching team gather at the Rushmoor Fire and Rescue Conference facility in Farnborough on the first day of the Community Coaching Project.  Employee Volunteering CiC wishes to thank BT Openreach, IBM (UK) Ltd, Hampshire Council, Hampshire Trading Standards, Nokia, Royal Air Force and Vertu for their participation in this project.  Also present is Chief Inspector Norman Mellors, Hart District Commander who has provided invaluable support and guidance on working with young people.
