Prudential with Daisy's Dream
The Prudential Employee Forum asked for a project where members from across the business could meet to get to know each other and make a difference. With extremely busy day jobs they asked EV CiC to scope a suitable project and organise every aspect of the day.
EV CiC sourced a number of ideas for consideration by the team who opted for a refurbishment and redecorating project with a family supported by the Daisy's Dream Foundation. The team refurbished and decorated all bedrooms and the landing area and transformed the home for the 2 girls who had recently lost their father in tragic circumstances. The comprehensive evaluation recorded the massive difference the work did for the family whilst also recording the personal and team value for the business.
EV CiC organises circa 30 similar projects a year for Prudential in Reading, London and Stirling.
