Establishing a Multi-Centred Charitable Operation - Virgin Media
Virgin Media asked EV CiC to explore possibilities for their engagement and charitable offering. Ev carried out a study of possible solutions for presentation to the Virgin Media CSR Team.
Areas of research included a 3-year CSR Plan, benchmarking against other businesses, compliance with CSR regulations, incorporating volunteering and sustainability into the business ethos, charity selection, learning development and team building in the community and effective evaluation and feedback on social impact and return on investment.
