Prudential Leadership Team help the long term unemployed

People in long term unemployment lose confidence and can begin to doubt their employability.  Working with long term unemployed the Prudential Leadership Team took part in a morning workshop organised by EV helping learners to improve their CV, interviewing skills and to develop employment goals and aspirations.

Learners ranged from 25 years of age to 60 years of age from a diverse ethnicity with a range of academic qualifications including some graduates.  The team spent the afternoon at a Youth Hostel carrying out refurbishment work and getting an opportunity to develop working relationships and get to know each other better.
