Prudential at PACT (Parents and Children Together)
PACT is a medium sized charity helping disadvantaged families through difficult times. Like many 3rd sector organisations PACT are continually aiming to improve their business model and infrastructure to deliver maximum benefits to its clients. Prudential undertook a 6 month project to provide technical support and consultancy to help PACT modernise its business processes and infrastructure.
This was a collaborative project across many internal business units drawing upon the expertise of over 30 different volunteers over the project period. Work included cost analysis study, IT infrastructure review, website impact study, PACT employee training and development, marketing strategy review and development of a new intranet architecture. The overall value of the volunteering work is estimated to have saved PACT over £30k and has significantly enhanced their level of community benefit.
