CHANGE LEADERSHIP
The Change Leadership Workshop is an interactive programme
designed to help line managers create, develop and lead
change initiatives within their workplace. The programme
has been developed to aid anyone tasked with leading
change and would be of particular benefit to people
involved with major change initiatives, such as Lean
Transformation. The workshop will help line managers
to lead and deliver current changes within their work
place. Importantly, this workshop will enable line managers
to positively engage their team towards implementing
sustainable change.
