Purpose of the workshop

Effective team leadership is fundamental for business success. The EV CiC Level 2 Award in Team Leading enables businesses and their employees to achieve these skills whilst concurrently making a significant contribution to their local communities. Our innovative programme is delivered through a combination of interactive workshops and rewarding community based team projects that are proven to make a big difference to local communities. The qualification is specially designed to give practising or aspiring team leaders a solid foundation in their formal development as a leader
.
The 3-day programme is delivered through a 1-day guided learning workshop and 2 community based projects, such as our ‘Get With’ youth diversion project and our ‘Healthy Volunteering’ day with the Wildlife Trusts. High quality, enjoyable and extremely rewarding learning.
