Purpose of the workshop

It seems that everyday we are surrounded by problems, some old and some new, which all need to be resolved. The purpose of this workshop is to provide the tools and techniques to solve problems in a creative way and so improve performance and effectiveness. This workshop covers creative thinking techniques which can be used to help solve very challenging problems. It also shows the importance of harnessing a range of people with different talents to help to solve the problem. If you have problems you want to solve, bring them to this workshop and let’s see if we can solve them on the day.
