Community Coaching Project

The Employee Volunteering Community Coaching and Mentoring Project is an ambitious and innovative approach to tackling community “big issues”. Through the application of a Level 3 coaching and mentoring certificate accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management, it links priority people from the local community with business professionals who are looking to advance their management skills to the most sophisticated level.  As part of their qualifying assignments, volunteers will coach young people or deserving adults towards a better future.  Download our leaflet for further information.
