SKILLS CATEGORIES
  • TEAM BUILDING
Spending time with your colleagues in a different environment is always worthwhile. The challenge of creating an event for other people to enjoy at the same time will really bring your team together.

  • LEADERSHIP
Get With offers the chance to work with young people who could do with some inspiration in their lives. Developing and delivering a Get With day will allow employees to explore their own leadership style.

  • VOLUNTEERING
The satisfaction of volunteering comes from feeling you have made a difference. Get With is a proven formula that has a significant impact on the young people who participate.

COMMUNITY BENEFITS
  • YOUNG PEOPLE
Get With targets children of secondary school age, particularly those from low-income families and those at risk of social or educational exclusion.

  • NEETS (NOT IN EDUCATION, EMPLOYMENT OR TRAINING)
One of the unique features of a Get With programme is the way it delivers educational benefits in a non-scholastic environment. Children who attend regularly can take away a valuable government Key Skills qualification.

SCOPE OF PROJECT
Projects arranged throughout the South of England for up to 20 employees. Project commitments vary but typically include 1 day per year for employees. Please contact EV for more information on scope and costs.
