training overview

We believe that community-based experiential learning is the way forward for companies that value a skilled and highly-motivated workforce. A large part of employee learning and development needs can be delivered in this way. Employee Volunteering works with the Institute of Leadership and Management and a group of very experienced trainers to ensure the excellence of all its work. Even when skills development cannot reasonably be achieved through community-based experiential learning, businesses can still make a contribution to communities by delivering their training needs through our not-for-profit organisation without compromising on learning quality.
