Staff learning & development programmes

Skills based volunteering projects are a great way of turning knowledge into skill.  Many professional workplace skills can be learned through community assisted experiential learning.

Benefits of Learning & Development

The benefits of learning and development through a programme with Employee Volunteering are three-fold:

  • Staff are able to apply acquired skills in the workplace
  • Companies see a considerable ROI in the improved performance of their staff
  • Communities receive the benefit of professional help that would not be possible in any other way.

The Community Coaching Project

The Community Coaching Project is a great example of what we can offer: a blended learning programme consisting of guided learning workshops, a coachee engagement volunteering activity and a 6 month commitment to coach young people one a fortnight to help them into education, employment or further training.

Other Learning Solutions

Not all skills can be delivered through community assisted learning and we have dedicated professional learning solutions to meet all your learning and development needs.
