Bespoke community volunteering programmes
Community-based team building events have a proven track record of developing team cohesion, staff morale and motivation while making a substantial contribution within the community.
Importantly, they are also extremely enjoyable, rewarding and satisfying. Employee Volunteering CiC is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company that specialises in building strong teams through volunteering projects. We work with community partners to identify projects within your locality and timeframe, working with sector or charity of your choice.
Team building service includes:
- Liaise with the Third Sector to find a project that meets your requirements
- Carry out a site visit to validate the feasibility and scope the project
- Organise the logistical arrangements, materials and equipment
- Produce a full risk assessment and liaise with your own H&S expert
- Ensure adequate insurance, health and safety needs and CRB requirements
- Issue press releases according to client needs
- Write joining instructions for every member of the volunteering team
- Provide facilitators on the day to ensure smooth running of the event
- Provide consolidated feedback report from employees and the charity to evaluate the project value
